The first thing our guests comment on when they walk into Ryan's Retreat is how incredibly clean the home is. When they leave, they tell us how comfortable and nicely equipped they found it to be. All of our guests have loved the a two bedroom, one and a half bath side by side that is perfectly located on the South side of Oshkosh with easy access to Hwy 41. Supermarkets, Target, a movie theater, the Outlet, restaurants, and EAA AirVenture grounds, are all under a 5 minute walk or drive. Enjoy a good nights sleep on a luxurious king size bed in this quiet neighborhood. The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances. Including a smooth top stove and dishwasher. The home has a large, private deck just off the dining area. The laundry and family room is located in the basement. The home has a one car attached garage with additional parking in the drive. The rent includes lawn care, snow removal, Wifi and utilities with a monthly cap. 1 very small dog will be carefully considered with additional deposit/fees.

The owner and staff of OTBH were very helpful, professional and made the experience efficient and quick. No missteps or confusion, which, when traveling for work is a huge priority. I just needed a comfortable and quiet place to work from with no hassles. Short term lease was a minimum of 90 days. The rental itself was way beyond expectations, best I've ever encountered and I have been traveling for work over 34 years. Like staying in a luxury resort!

Completely furnished including plates, silverware, pots & pans.
Owner (not OTBH) even provided dishwasher & laundry detergent, more than enough for the first few weeks.
Owner provides all landscaping, mowing, watering, AND snow removal for free!
Owner also provides contact for excellent weekly maid service.
Completely updated with very high end kitchen and bath fixtures.
Two bedroom, two full baths with all linens and towels, etc.
Beautiful dining room with formal place settings.
Washer/dryer in the unit (yay!).
Full, beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, full size refrig. and freezer, stove/oven - absolutely everything you need.
Owner's maintenance crews were exceptionally responsive, polite, and very respectful with plenty of warning before entering the unit
As a special note, the owner always made certain I had the opportunity to be present during any maintenance work if I so desired. Even to the point of scheduling the work during evenings and weekends.
